  The service at the Three Rivers, Mi. location was excellent. But service with AT&T customer service Corp. absolutely sucks. I've been a customer with them for approximately 6 yrs. Always made my payment and the first time I need to set up a payment arrangements over the last $119, because of being out of work on medical for 7 1/2 month's, money being tight. They refused to extend me 3 weeks to pay it off. Instead , either pay it or lose it. So , with that being said, I'm saying good bye to AT&T, when my contract ends in December. As well as, since they own Direct TV, and I've been with them for 8 yrs, good bye too.
