  The staff seems very experienced, and the trainees seem to learn pretty quickly. They always let you know if there is a new deal that can save you money and get you more. Waaaaay better than the staff at Verizon. I have a hotspot through Verizon and a cell phone through Sprint, so I've dealt with both.

  The manager (Tony) is one of the most honest and stand up guys you will meet. He takes pride in the service he provides and you (the customer) are not just a sale to him. Tony and his staff really want to make sure they get to understand your needs so they can get you the best device and service to fit your needs. Tony and his staff treat you like an individual and make the whole process great and you do not feel pressured. If you have any issues with your service or phone the staff are more than willing to help you and go above and beyond to solve any problem.
